Both these roles are played by the famous actors Will Smith, and his real life son Jaden Smith. In this very inspirational movie, directed by Gabriele Muccino, Will smith plays out Chris Gardner when he was struggling to start as a stockbroker while being a father in need of money.
This movie takes place at San Francisco in , and has always meant a great deal to me What we don't do is actually take time to really focus and understand completely what the point of the movie is or what it is trying to get across to the audience. This is the exotic, but extremely fitting and appropriate, opening to the film, Pulp Fiction. Directed by Quentin Tarantino, this film is unpredictable, surprising, and possibly offensive. It forces action and thrill-seeker cineastes to dispose of all predictions and prepositions. The director uses shock, surprise, mystery, absurdity, and summarization, paired with bizarre humor and hallucinatory delight, putting Pulp Fiction in a realm its own People grasp onto the moments in which a smile adores their face or a laugh escapes without permission.

Does Chris and his son make it after being evicted our of two apartments, having the IRS take almost all the money out of his account, and sleeping wherever they could? I cannot tell you, but one thing is for sure, this movie is definitely worth renting, so kick up your feet, set back in your recliner, and enjoy two hours of heartwarming emotion.
Will Smith was the producer of this movie, which did not surprise me since he has produced many of his own movies. The thing that I found interesting was the way he used his own son in the story. I think that this greatly added to the plot, because they were so natural together. There is one seen where Chris makes up an imaginary game with his son to hide the reality of sleeping in a subway bathroom.
This particular part was an excellent example of the acting talents of Will Smith, because it truly made you fell sad.
Viewers watch Gardner through every tried and true struggle, really connecting to his character as the unlikely choice. And when we try and fathom why it is that the United States still elicits such extreme hatred in some parts of the world, this phrase is as good a place to start as any. Although The Pursuit of Happyness does not portray Will Smith as his usual comedic self, it is a truly inspiring, rags-to-riches story. The two main actors Will Smith and his son Jaden Smith were the best actors for the movie. Not only does this scene voice that people should focus of the strength of trying despite their failures but it also depicts the love that parents have for their children can directly impact the children. Regardless of the challenges faced or the last dollar he had, Chris faced every day with potential strength and courage.
He experiences many tragic falls, but nevertheless, he does not let his failures get him down.

And that's what Chris does - he gets out there, works himself out and makes it - really makes it, giving hope to a lot of others like him. Jaden accepts everything that has happened and really sticks by his dad and encourages him that he can do it and that he can make it.
Instead of a nice starter home, he and the filmmakers ogles mansions. A child like Jaden would be so motivated as to wear the same clothing voluntarily for several days considering the stench was probably quite overwhelming but this was a movie with homeless individuals so the matter was quiet. But in its own day, the statement was perhaps the most radical political statement ever delivered. To never. Forced to work two shifts at a dead-end job, Linda angrily smolders and then rages at Chris, which seems reasonable since he has gambled all of their savings on an exceptionally foolish enterprise.
It also helps that the star playing him is as innately sympathetic as Will Smith.
